Hi, I’m Biju Menon

a design leader passionate about creating experiences that go far beyond traditional UX. I head the Experience Design team, where I’ve helped evolve our focus from just user interfaces to holistic, human-centered journeys. I believe great design isn’t limited to screens — it’s about improving how people engage with every aspect of a product, service, or system.
